He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Stephens, Sr. and Dora Stephens (Kunkle); and his brother Richard W. Stephens, Jr.. He is survived by: his nephews, Richard, III (Vicky Stephens) and Michael (Tracy Stephens); and his niece Dianne Moore.
