He was predeceased by: his spouse Pennie L. DeSantis (Hagenbuch); his parents, Thomas, Sr. DeSantis and Anna DeSantis (Leraris); and his siblings, Jane Cochran and Thomas DeSantis, Jr.. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
