She was predeceased by: her spouse Nevin D. Lentz; her parents, Frank Semmel and Mary Semmel (Kidden); her children, Deborah and Dennis D. Lentz; her siblings, Emma Sorber, Miriam Christman, Evelyn Rudelitch, Myrtle Arner, Robert, Woodrow, Meryl and Walter; and her half-brothers, Clayton Green and Martin Green.

She is survived by: her daughter Sheryl A. (Stephen Gerkovich) of Nazareth; and her grandchildren, Michael, Anne, Bethany and Emily. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
