He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Horner and Elvera Horner (Berkey); and his siblings, Robert, Duane, Carl, James, Donald, Doris Horner and Betty Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Celine Hoffman; his sons, Troy T. (Danielle) and Tanner Z.; his grandchildren, Bailey and Joshua; and his brother Jack Horner (Joyce).
