She was predeceased by: her parents, Huey A. Harvey and Madeline I. Harvey (Cornell); her former husband Donald E. Berkebile; and her stepchildren, Alan Adams, Peggy Sue Blackner and Mark Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Marlin E. "Ed" Adams, Jr.; her children, Donald L. Berkebile (Cindy), Scott A. Berkebile (Dave Besong), Ashtabula and Lisa A. Berkebile; her grandchildren, Mindy (Bobby Kovacs), Benjamin Berkebile, Aleshia Koontz and Aubrie Koontz; her great grandchildren, Penny, Renae, Noah, Kaiden and Liam; her sister Marlene K. Reid (Ronald); her stepson Edwin Adams (Marsha); and her son-in-law Duane R. Koontz.
