He is survived by: his children, Robert D. Kalina Jr. (Bonnie), Dorothy Hershberger, Brian Kalina (Lori), Ronald Kalina (Kim), Darlene Frampton, Lisa Witt (Mark) and Lori Friedline (Jeff).
