He was predeceased by: his mother Genevieve Simmons (Giles); his son John Simmons; and his brother William "Bill" Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Lynnette Simmons (Palazzi); his children, Ted of Friedens, Marie Simmons-Lamb (Brian Lamb) of Raleigh, NC, Megan (Brandon Fulmer) of Boswell, Michael of Boswell and William of Boswell; his granddaughter Alexis Fulmer; his sister Jackie (Jack Kimmel) of Somerset; and his sister-in-law Madeline Blamble of Milton, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
