She was predeceased by: her father John A.; her husband Wallace H. Kirkpatrick; and her sisters, Marcia Stephens and Mary Elizabeth Winfree. She is survived by: her children, Nancy K. Yale (Scott) of Columbia, John W. Kirkpatrick (Laurie) of Pittsburgh and Dr. William H. Kirkpatrick (Kim) of Villanova, PA; her grandchildren, John, Julie, Kimberly, William Kirkpatrick, Anne Emmert, Kelley Casper, Lindsay and Hunter Yale; and her great grandchildren, Riley and Ellie Casper.
