She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Pyle and Edna M. Pyle (Adams); her husband Lloyd E. Koontz; her grandson Bradley Lynn Koontz; and her brother Ronald Pyle (Grace).
She is survived by: her son Randall L. (Barbara); her great grandchildren, Bradley, Ryan Felix, Aleah, Arianna, Chad Morgante and Jaxon Malcolm; and her brother Jay (Nancy).
