He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno DeLuca and Rosa DeLuca (Policicchio); and his siblings, Lena Jaber, Josephine Kowalczyk, Mario and Alfred.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann DeLuca (Kaniak); his child Leo James, Jr.; his spouse Colleen (Bucci); his grandchildren, Jennifer Budzina, Richard DeLuca, Justin Holsinger, Dustin DeLuca, Kari DeLuca (Stahl) and Samantha DeLuca; his great grandchildren, Natalee Walker, Vincent DeLuca and Genevieve DeLuca; his siblings, Carmella Truscott, Johnstown Cicala, Virginia Cicala and Dominic "Chic"; his sister-in-law Joan Jerin of Barberton, OH; his close friends, Doggie Ryan, Mike Phillips, Jake Henry and Ducky Matsko; and also, Somerset, Rae Lynn, William Budzina, Anthony "Tony" and Boswell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
