He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester A. Manners and Susan L. Manners (Brant). He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Gina) of Latrobe, Justin (Roxanne) of Latrobe, Brad Reedy and Somerset; and his grandchildren, Colton, Mercedes, Skyleigh, Starlyn, Tia, Madison, Preston, Jonathan, Matthew and Allyson.
