We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2023, at the age of 81, Joseph M. Sopich (Boswell, Pennsylvania), born in Somerset, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Sopich and Elizabeth Sopich (Bocsy); and his sister Doris O'Connor. He is survived by: his wife Penelope "Penny" E. Sopich (Jacobs); his children, Michael (Barbara) and Danielle Sopich (Michael Pyle); his grandsons, Justin Fogle and Jacob Pyle; his siblings, David Sopich and Nancy Sopich; and his brothers-in-law, Dwight "Dites" "Jake" Jacobs (Nancy) and Edmund Jacobs (Elizabeth Campbell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations in Joe's memory may be sent to St. Andrew's Lutheran Church or Boswell Volunteer Fire Department.
