He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Hoffman and Madelyn R. Hoffman (Griffith); his wife Mary Ann Hoffman (Zanoni); his sister Pam Gavel; and his parents-in-law, Dolly and Geno Zanoni.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Penny), Jeffrey (Stacy) and Joette (Ron Stephens) of Bunker Hill, WV.; his grandchildren, Audrey, Ethan, Kylie, Alec Hoffman, R. J. Stephens (Samantha), Cameron and Jacob Stephens; his sister Nancy "Nannie Lou" (Roger Stern); and his parents-in-law, Bill Gavel, Gloria Boose and Elda Speigle. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
