He was predeceased by: his father Dwight Jack; his grandson Alex Jack; and his brother Craig Jack. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Jack (Huss); his wife Linda E. Jack (Pritts); his sons, Eric (Vickie) and Elliot (Mandy); his grandchildren, Tylor, Leighanne, Brandon, Joshua, Sadie (Brent) and Mason; and his siblings, Larry (Susan), Debbie (Lawrence Marker), Jenner Crossroads and Sharon Gustine.
