He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Winifred Mae "Winnie" Forney (Delancey); his wife Ida Katherine Hause; his siblings, Daniel L. Forney and Ruth; his great grandchild Noah Hillegass; and his brother-in-law Peter Semo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Rock (Paul) of Somerset and Jessica Kozuch (Jeff) of Boswell; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Angellika, Paul Jr. and Zachary; his siblings, Carol Semo of Youngstown and Terry Forney (Tina) of Jennerstown; and his friend Robert Booher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
