He is survived by: his wife Martha McElroy; his children, Allen Manges, Jr. (Nicole), Norman Manges (Bobbi) and Laura Penrod (Donald); and his brothers, Charles Manges, George Alexander (Kay) and Raymond Alexander. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandson.
