Cook (Jess); the mother of his children Eleanor Cook; his siblings, Howard Cook (Anne), John Cook (Edna), Dolores Raisch (Jack) and Kathleen Sullivan (Richard); and his parents, William Cook and Dolores Cook. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
