He is survived by: his wife Rosemary McNeal; his children, William McNeal, Jr., Joseph McNeal (Jane) and Dana Balandiak (Pete); his stepchildren, John Lewis (Darla) and Jennifer Owens (Phil); and his brother Larry McNeal. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
