With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephan K. Adamek of Boothwyn, Pennsylvania, born in Aston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 5, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Carl Adamek and Vida Oxner Adamek; his wife Patricia A. Dougherty Adamek; his sons, Justin Adamek (Jessica) and Daniel Adamek; his brothers, Carl Adamek (Patricia) and Jeffrey Adamek (Maureen); his grandson Colin; his aunts, Marion Adamek and Ethel Oxner; and his brother-in-law William H. Dougherty. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
