It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sophie S. Smith (Boothwyn, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 2, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Smith; her daughter Eleanor McKim; and her siblings, Thomas, Daniel, Louie, Peter, Joseph Szurgyjlo and Bessie Fecondo.

She is survived by: her daughters, Gwen Poole (Ed) and Harriet Vaskelis (Victor); and her sister Lenie Bienkowski. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, her nieces who cared for her, Linda White and Kathy Hamp and numerous other nieces and nephews.
