He was predeceased by: his son Zachary Barrow; and his stepson Brain Carter. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald C. Barrow, Sr. and Shirley Barrow; his wife Anita Carter; his children, Samantha Barrow and Seth Barrow; his stepchildren, Billy Carter, III and Matthew Carter; and his sisters, Tammy Doyle and Kathy Barrow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to "Anita Carter" to help with medical and funeral expenses and sent in care of the funeral home.
