It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patrick J. Cook of Boothwyn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cook, Sr. and Vera McGuire Fanean; his son Joseph Michael Cook; and his siblings, Joan Dubeshko, John "Jack" Cook, Michael McGuire, Dennis "Den" McGuire, Raymond "Ray" McGuire and William "Bill" McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn "Merle" Cook (Bubel); his brother Thomas "Tom" McGuire (Berenice); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Eric, Sammi Cook, Jenna and Hannah Dallal. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
