He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine Falkwoski (White). He is survived by: his father Norman Sr. Falkwoski; his sisters, Gail McCafferty (Andrew), Lauren Hurst (Brandon), Nancy Falkowski (Andrew Millichap) and Tracy Karwoski (Hank); and his nieces and nephews, Ayden, Emma, Lila, Damian, Calleigh, Ailene, Liam, Megan and Caitlin.
