He is survived by: his sister Barbara Lindsey; his wife Janice Harrison Case; his children, Angela Mitchell (Kevin), Chris Matsanka (Monica) and Kevin Matsanka (Dawn); his grandchildren, Hunter, Kylie, Dillon, Lizzy, Jules and CJ; and his sister Judy Boring (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
