“I’ve been very sad since hearing about Mark’s passing. I still hear his voice in my head. We talked every day during our work shift. I still hear the laugh. He often talked about his wife, kids, mother-in-law, cars and 2 houses. I miss those talks. Mark and I had unfinished business at work. He was showing me one side of the business and I was showing him the other. We were a good team. I felt the void since his first day out. Mark was a good guy that took the time to answer all my questions.”

During our years in Comcast we both have held different positions but somehow our paths kept crossing. When he joined the Video Service Desk I was excited because of our history and shared experiences outside of the department.
