He was predeceased by: his wife Celia Jane Wooten Boudwin; his parents, Willard Boudwin and Alice Dennis Boudwin; and his sister Ella Mae Wallace. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Boudwin (Imelda), Cheryl (Joseph) and Carolyn Ciavarelli; his grandchildren, Jesse, Kristin, Joshua, Jasmin Boudwin, Jordan, Emily Orsin and Olivia Ciavarelli; his great grandchildren, Miles, Gunner and Kinley; and his friend Wayne C. Sebelist (Linda).

Donations in his memory may be made to Providence Animal Center, 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media, PA 19063.
