He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dennis and Mary Catherine Slattery; and his brother Dennis P. Slattery. He is survived by: his close friend Burlene Caulder; his siblings, Patrick Slattery (Heidi Kuehn), Jane Slattery (John Synk) and Mary Murray (Patrick); and his pets, Mickey and Maggie. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
