She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Koszalinski. She is survived by: her sons, Floridian, Jeff and Jason Bandy; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Bandy; her mother Grace Costa; and her grandchildren, Trinity Implazo, Tatyana Bandy, Leland Bandy, Matthew Bandy, Sean Bandy and James Bandy. She is also survived by brothers, four younger sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
