He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Williams and Eleanora Williams (Anderson); and his brother Clifford. He is survived by: his sibling Russell Williams; his wife Susan Williams (Winslow); and his siblings, Robert and Barbara. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
