He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Maisch and Margaret Maisch (Burton). He is survived by: his wife Connie Maisch (Canavin); his sons, David, Jr. (Michele), Jason and Brian (Kristy); his grandchildren, David III, Kayla and Olivia; his siblings, Susan (Steve), Laura (P. J.), Barbara, Robbie (Patty) and Jamie (Rebecca); his mother-in-law Patricia Canavin; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl (Dominic), Bobby (Tracy) and Mark (Dotti). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center Brain Tumor Center.
