We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2018, Collette C. Carbonaro (Boothwyn, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Carbonaro; and her daughter Dorette Kozak. She is survived by: her children, Gene Carbonaro (Barbara), Michele Connors (Gary) and Lisette Jones (Ed); and her son-in-law Robert Kozak. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations of Collette's memory may be made to the Donor's choice.
