He is survived by: his parents, Daniel "Boone" Biss and Mary Biss (Crawford); his daughter Ava Biss; his stepchildren, Aiden and Ariana Abbott; his sister Danielle Smerkar (Derry); his grandmothers, Dorothy Biss (Yeager) and Ruth James (Claycomb) of Bolivar; and his aunts and uncles, Stephen Biss (Connie), Brian Biss, Glenn Biss (Anita), Melanie Thompson (Eric) of Lavonia, NY, Betty Crawford, James Crawford, Perry Crawford and Nancy Penrose (Timothy). He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
