He was predeceased by: his parent Hubert Cummins. He is survived by: his parent Betty Cummins; his wife Laurie; his sons, Zackery Cummins, Damon Cummins of Coral and Isabella Cummins; his granddaughter Sadie Rae Cummins; and his sisters, Jayne Krchnavy (Richard) of Sarver and Rebecca Thompson of Conway, SC..

Friends received 2-4 and 6 till time of service at 8 PM Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence, PA. . In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
