She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart Delano Rand and Mary Condo Rand; her cousin Ruth Sibel Bierer; and also William E. Bierer. She is survived by: her husband Roger L. Norris of Ligonier; her daughter Jamie Lee Shaw; her son-in-law William Alan Shaw of Fuquay-Varina; her daughter Laurie Ann Swift; her son-in-law Louis Nellas of Pittsburgh; and also Nan Coil.
