She is survived by: her mother Norma Blake (Shelton); her husband Mike Shank; her son Michael Shank, Jr. (Brittany); her grandchildren, Chad, Kyleigh, Lydia, Danner Shank, Hunter and Sawyer McGinnis; her siblings, Rondal Blake, Jr. (Cheryl), Phyllis Wiltrout (Chris) and Robert Blake (Tracy); and her close friend Shiloh.
