She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard McAdams and Viola McAdams (King); her former husband George R. "Ron" Lichtenfels, Sr.; her daughter Linda Lawhead; her granddaughter Melissa Lichtenfels; and her siblings, Twila McAdams and Dave McAdams.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tom" Policichio; her children, George Lichtenfels, Jr. (Sherry) and Cheryl Miller (Donald); and her brothers, Richard McAdams, Glenn McAdams (Linda Blairsville) and Roy McAdams (Patricia). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
