She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Yeager and Jane Shank Yeager; her husband John F. Biss; her children, John Biss and Lisa Howard; and her grandson Travis Biss.
She is survived by: her children, Melanie Thompson (Eric) of Livonia, NY, Daniel W. Biss (Mary) of Bolivar, Stephen W. Biss (Constance) of Robinson, Brian K. Biss of Bolivar and Glenn S. Biss of Ligonier; and her grandchildren, Scott Biss (Holly), Cassidy Biss (Jennifer), Amber Dubics (Douglas) and Courtney Crowe (Johnathan). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home (144 E Main St, Ligonier, PA 15658). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of Christ (3041 PA-259, Bolivar, PA 15923).
