He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Henry and Nellie Orpha Crusan (Wynn); and his siblings, James, Willard, Earl, Johnny, Clarence Crusan, Orpha Kinzey and Esther Arford.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Crusan (Garland); his children, Leroy Crusan (Ruth), Becky Andrasick (Fred), Ruth Baird and David Crusan (Ruth); his grandchildren, Valerie Blond, Denise Crusan, Charlene Baird, Amanda Welc, Cody Freedman, Meghan Crusan and Johnny Crusan; and his great grandchild Sister Ethel Emmerson.
