She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Cunningham; her siblings, Paul, Joe, Anthony, Vince, Philip, John LaMantia and Mary Machak; and her great grandchild Avery Hope McIntyre.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dominick LaMantia of Bolivar and Josephine Graham of Santa Rosa, CA; her children, Andrea Bauer (Art) of Beavercreek, OH, Rodney Cunningham (Janie) and Connie Pardee (Jim); her grandchildren, Peter Bauer (Katie), Derrick Bauer (Gwen), Brittany McIntyre (Dan), Stephanie Shaftic and Adam Pardee (Alana); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Piper, Sydney, Garrett, Jacob, Henrik, Ian, Amelia and Lily.
