He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Maclay, Sr. and Jobyna M. Maclay (Stoops). He is survived by: his sons, William and Shane Maclay of Carlisle; his brother Charles Maclay, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Emma, Jasmine, Shaylea and Millie.
