He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoover and Mildred Hoover (Braugh). He is survived by: his wife June L. Hoover (Sealover); his sons, Bobby L. Hoover of Texas and Glenn Hoover of California; his stepson Jimmy J. Smith (Chris) of Dillsburg; his brothers, Ronnie Hoover of Mechanicsburg and Rick Mellott (Lydia) of Carlisle; and his pet Zoe. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
