He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Paul and Emma Louise Nickle Sr. (Klingler); and his siblings, Lester, Jack, James Nickle, Ruth Livingston, Doris Jacobs and Esther Fish.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nickle (Kerling) of Boiling Springs; his sons, Richard (Annamaria) of Shrewsbury, MA, John (Carol) of Carlisle and Christopher (Kelly) of Carlisle; his grandchildren, Audrey, Kimberly, Patrick, Anne-Claire, Tristan, Kirsten, Devin, Izel, Izaac, Niko and Izaiah; and his sister Mary Deibler of Harrisburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
