She was predeceased by: her father Gary Lee Knaub. She is survived by: her mother Doris Gensler Rynard of Carlisle, PA; her stepfather Russell L. Rynard; her siblings, Karen A. Keller (William) of Carlisle, Julie A. Hess Shermans Dale (Gary), Carrie J. Dallas (Marcus) of Fairborn, Russell L. of Carlisle, Daniel L. of Carlisle and Randy R. Rynard of Carlisle; her nieces, Heather Keller, Sarah and Katie Crain; her nephew William Keller; her great-niece Delaney Blumenstein; and her friend Denny Kutz.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions in Kim's name be made to the Sadler Health Center, 100 Hanover St. Carlisle, PA 17013.
