He was predeceased by: his parents, Toyokichi Oka and Taneyo Oka; his wife Mitsuko Oka; and his siblings, Amos Oka, Lily Hirakawa and Mary Toyoda.
He is survived by: his children, Glenn and Wanda; and his brothers, James Oka of San Jose, California and Robert Oka of Cupertino, California.
