He is survived by: his parents, Harry Lay and Janet Lay; his spouse Christine Lay; his children, Grant and Megan; his brothers, Marc Lay (Jennifer) and Mark Allen (Sheri); his siblings-in-law, Julie Spanos (Sheets), John Spanos, Mike Sheets and Cindy Sheets; and his nieces and nephews, James Spanos (Samantha), Amanda Sheets, Andrew Spanos, Adam Sheets, Sierra Lay, Braeden Allen, Eli Allen and Ava Lay. He is also survived by his wife, children.
