It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Arlen Riddle of Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Riddle and Laura Maloney Riddle; his wife Kathryn "Kitty" Williams; and his brothers, Frank L. of Oil City and Robert G. Riddle of Oil City.
He is survived by: his daughter Jean Riddle Collins of Boalsburg; his granddaughters, Heather Collins Benjamin and Bridgette Moerschbacher; and his great grandchildren, Kat, Joey Benjamin, Ella and Olivia Moerschbacher.
