It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Neff of Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. "Chic" Werner and Alice Kasper Werner; her husband Harold E. Neff; and her sister Patricia Ann McCloskey. She is survived by: her children, Harold Charles Neff (Cynthia) of Port Matilda, Caroline Neff Cook (William) of Cranberry Township, Patricia Neff Nellis (Kevin) of Lemont and Michael S. Neff (Kristina Hock) of Boalsburg; her grandchildren, Tyler Neff, Marie Florian (Danillo), Courtney Laninger (Bob), Elizabeth Neff and Bridget Kisslak (Noah); her great grandchildren, Liam Florian, Donovan Florian, Maeve Laninger and Abram Kisslak; her nephews, Jonathan McCloskey and Scott McCloskey; and her niece Nancy O'Connell.
