She was predeceased by: her parent Henry Smith. She is survived by: her parent Irma Cole Smith; her spouse Hayden Ray Butler; her children, Debra A. Butler (Stephen) and Joseph Ray Butler (Eileen); her grandchildren, Cody H., Jesse D. Grimes, Carly V. and Jeremy R. Butler; her siblings, Leslie "Bud" Smith of Clearfield, Donald Smith, Ronald Smith, Homer Smith, Jacob Smith, Ursula Johnson and Leola Plubell; and also, Jade Butler and Panda Butler of Boalsburg.
