He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Garcia and Teofila Luistro Garcia. He is survived by: his spouse Edmadely "Edma"; his daughters, Maria Garcia Ward (Eric C. Klingler) of Pennsylvania Furnace and Dr. Victoria Garcia Crain (Steven Crain) of State College; his sisters-in-law, Belen Garcia of Hillsborough, NJ, Dr. Mariza Garcia of Modesto, CA and Ning Ning Garcia of Manila, Philippines; and his grandchildren, Dr. Matthew A. Crain, Rebecca A. Ward, Rachel V. Ward and Joshua L. Ward.
