It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gwen Kaufman Nese of Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Danville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Bailey Scholl; her stepfather Delbert Scholl; and her father-in-law John C. Nese. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jack and Nancy Lee Bailey Kaufman; her husband Jon Michael Nese; her children, John A. Nese of Boalsburg, Robert Nese (Alyson) of Lemont and Kate Nese of West Lafayette, IN; her stepmother Sandi Kaufman of Beavertown, PA; her stepsiblings, Eric Stone (Cathy) of Beavertown, PA and Ginger Hoover (Jeff) of Huntingdon, PA; her mother-in-law Marlene Nese; her siblings-in-law, Glenn Nese (Ladonna), Kathleen Hoagland of Steubenville, OH and Mary DiSilva (David) of Wallingford, PA; and her close friend Hayley. She is also survived by seven nieces and three nephews.
